Who can apply for the Metis College MBA program?

We are excited to open the doors of our MBA program to everyone. Metis College has partnered with Athena to offer the MBA at no cost to eligible participants. The Metis College MBA is a benefit provided at no cost to Oraz employees and is also offered at no cost to Athena Independent Contractors. Eager learners from the public can take advantage of this opportunity, with attractively affordable tuition fees.

Can new employees or trainees apply for the MBA Program?

Absolutely. All Athena employees are invited to apply, irrespective of their duration of employment. For those recently joining, we recommend applying after a three-month period, allowing for a seamless transition into their new roles. No tenure is required to be considered for the program.

What are the admissions requirements for the MBA program?

Admission to Metis College requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, completion of our online application form, official transcripts, a current resume, and a personal letter of recommendation. Exceptional professionals without a bachelor's degree may be assessed individually.

Is there a set GPA or work experience required for admission?

We do not stipulate a minimum GPA or mandate specific work experience for consideration in our MBA program. Our doors are open to a diverse range of applicants.
