Can I use multiple email addresses?
No. The email address you use during the application stage will be the only email address you will use throughout your MBA journey.
Do I have to create a new email address solely for Metis College?
No. The email address you use during the application stage will be the only email address you will use throughout your MBA journey.
Can I change my email address in Woolf?
In special cases, yes. However, we encourage you to only use the email address you used during the application stage of your MBA journey.
What email do I receive to start my onboarding?
All communications and emails will only be sent to the email address you used during your application to the MBA degree.
How will I get access to Canvas?
You will receive an email from Canvas with the subject line: "Finish Registration: Canvas" which will provide you with instructions on how to access your Canvas account.
What will happen if my email address in Woolf is different from Canvas?
If your email addresses in Woolf and Canvas do not match, the courses you are enrolled in on Canvas will not appear on your Woolf Dashboard. We encourage you to use the email address you used during the application stage of your MBA journey.
Is there a deadline to complete my onboarding process?
Yes.
What should I do if I haven't received my acceptance email yet?
